Amy M. Stauner is a mobile Notary Public providing loan signing services in Alaska. I am situated in Fairbanks and is available to travel to Nenana, Ft. Wainwright, North Pole, Eielson, Delta and other nearby towns. It does not matter if you are living on Post, in a nursing home, at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital or in jail, I can travel to you. I am licensed and certified to perform all notary services. Futhermore, I am also qualified to provide remote online signing services for the entire State of Alaska. With internet and valid proper identification, any notary document can be completed.

ADDITIONAL SIGNATURE/STAMP (SAME DOCUMENT) - $10
WITNESS SIGNATURE - $10
PRINT/COPY DOCUMENTS - $1 PER PAGE
SCAN DOCUMENTS UP TO 150 DOCUMENTS - $15
REMOTE (ONLINE) NOTARY SERVICES - $25
TRAVEL FEE IS $0.85 CENTS PER MILE
PACKAGES FOR REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONSARE BETWEEN $50 - $250.

Valid identification Documents are required to positively identify each client or witness. Acceptable ID documents include: any DMV issued ID card or driver license, US passport or passport card, officially recognized passport of a foreign country, US military ID, Tribal ID card, government documents containing the person's photograph and signature, corrections ID.
